‘Visitor’: Any person visiting The Website.
‘Our Service’: The offer of a holiday rental service where the booking is made direct with the owner or rental agent.
2. Ownership:
The Website is owned and operated by Perfect Getaways Ltd.
3. Access and use of the site:
Access and use of the site are both governed by and conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Acceptance will be deemed to be the case by your access and/or usage of the site.

The website has links to various organisations involved principally in the travel industry, (e.g. flight information, car rental, and insurance websites). Any contract entered into is between the two parties involved.
5. The Service:
The service offered by The Website is essentially the bringing together of two parties (the owner and visitor) for them to enter into a contract for the rental of a holiday home.
6. Bookings:
A Booking will be deemed to be made between the Owner and Visitor when all of the following have occurred: Completion of the Online Booking Form by the Owner and Visitor; payment of the deposit by the Visitor; written confirmation from the Owner that the property is booked.
7. Contents:
Copyright in the site, its contents, design and any trademarks are owned by Perfect Getaways Ltd.
8. Limitation of liability:
· Limitations: The service offered via this website is, in essence, the bringing together of two people for them to enter into a holiday rental contract. No contractual relationship will be created between any Owner or Visitor and Perfect Getaways Ltd beyond the terms hereby set forth. Accordingly, neither Perfect Getaways Ltd nor its officers, agents nor employees will be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you (or any third party) arising (directly or indirectly) from your operation or usage of the site, howsoever arising. This limitation also applies to your use of the services of any linked sites.
· Security: We undertake to take all reasonable steps to preserve the security of all information sent to us, but no guarantees or warranties are made, as internet data transmission is not totally secure.
· Indemnity: Perfect Getaways Ltd neither warrants nor guarantees that all the information/details/descriptions contained within the site is completely accurate or up to date. All property information has been provided by the Owner. Usage and reliance on content is at the risk of the Visitor. Perfect Getaways Ltd strongly recommends that the Visitor ensures all details, including full booking conditions, are confirmed in writing by the Owner.

Perfect Getaways Ltd will, at your request, provide you with all personal information held about you under its control subject to proof of identity. Any information may be amended or deleted at your request to ensure it is accurate and complete.
