We do not charge you an annual fee. It is completely free to advertise your property with us.
We take a commission – either £35.00 or 10% (whichever is higher) when we receive a booking for you. These charges are automatically added to your weekly rental amount, so that you, the owner, receive exactly the same amount as you normally would.

Booking Information
The booking is done fully online as follows:-
1. The renter simply clicks ‘book property’ on your advert.
2. They are then asked which date they would like to go on and for how long. After completing this information, an e-mail is then sent directly to you advising that somebody is interested in booking your property.
3. All you now need to do is login to your user area (following the instructions in the e-mail), enter the price of the total holiday and click on ‘confirm booking’.
4. The renter now completes a full booking form online and pays the deposit. You receive 25% deposit up front with the remainder paid 8 weeks before the holiday.
5. The renter’s details are automatically passed to you so that you can liaise with them. All payments are taken by us online and passed onto you direct within 7 working days.
If you have taken a booking and not updated your availability, you can choose to reject the booking and give a reason why. We do however recommend that your availability is always kept up to date to avoid this happening.

How much will it cost me?
It is completely free to advertise your property on our website. We take a commission when we receive a booking for you (either 10% or £35.00 whichever is the higher). This is added onto the weekly cost of renting your holiday home, so that you still receive the same amount as you normally would.
I don’t want to add the commission, I would rather it be taken off what I currently receive.
This is not a problem, the prices would need to be entered (deducting the 10% or £35.00) this will then automatically be added on when uploading your property details.
How are you getting bookings for me?
We have partnerships in place with the following:
* Team Card - a loyalty card for football fans which has Bolton Wanderers, Chelsea & Celtic to name a few as its customer base
* PDV - the 2nd largest email marketing company in the UK which promotes our brand through its website fairexchangevillas.com
* Paid On Results - has thousands of affiliates, who advertise us on their own websites, resulting in more traffic being directed to Jollyrentals.
We are also investing heavily in website optimisation which will see us rank highly on search engines such as google. We are 4 months into the optimisation and we are looking at seeing results in between 6-12 months time.
Are there any hidden charges?
No none at all. You can however join out late availability website which allows you to enter unlimited late availability or special offer weeks onto a completely separate website (villasnow.com) for 12 months at a cost of £20.00 pa. You can also be one of our featured properties (appearing on the main home page of the website) for £20.00. You can also choose to add an extra 5 photographs for a one off fee of £20.00.
Am I tied to stay on the website for a certain length of time?
No not at all, you can remove your details whenever you want to.
